We have in the past had a mailing list that went out about once a month. We have updated this service by using another company to house our server and information. Before we actually did everything via Outlook and other list servers of which we had to manually put in names and email addresses plus remove them when ever someone was tired of it. Well now you have control of it all. Sign up for it your self, leave it whenever you want.
